I’ve Got A Broken Windscreen – What Do I do?

Undoubtedly, one of the most common questions we hear! The process for organising your car windows to be repaired is relatively easy.
In almost all cases we will be able to service your vehicle on the same, or next day. We offer our Auckland clients a complete mobile service, meaning that our glaziers will repair the car at your home, or place of work.
We need only a few details to take a booking: Your vehicle make, e.g Toyota, vehicle model e.g Corolla, and vehicle year e.g 1999. If you can, your vehicle registration number would help too, however this is not essential.
Once the job is booked, our glazier will arrive and take approximately 30-60 minutes to fully replace the windscreen on almost any vehicle. Once the windscreen is replaced, we need your vehicle to remain still for at least another 30 minutes before it is safe to be driven on the road.
This time is called “curing time”, and allows the adhesives we use to set. Your glazier will advise you of the exact curing time on the completion of the job.
Payment options: All our vehicle have mobile EFTPOS with credit card facilities, or if you have insurance, we’ll bill your insurance company direct.
Simply phone us free on 0800 762 743 to make a booking, or to enquire further.
