Vandalised Windscreen Picture

Our mobile glaziers get called to all sorts of jobs, however recently we’ve noticed a rise in the amount of road-side vandalism.
This picture shows the drivers side of a windscreen having been totally smashed, with three distinct impact marks above the steering wheel.
Thankfully this vehicle has a laminated safety glass windscreen. This means that this type of damage is just about the worst case scenario.
Gone are the days of having an impact to your windscreen, and the windscreen shattering into thousands of tiny bits.
Laminated glass, as you can see withstands a huge amount of impact, and usually more than one.
Of course this windscreen has to be replaced, but we are still able to remove the glass in one piece, as it will stay together.
Here is a picture of the windscreen after we have removed t from the customers vehicle.
